What is an RMA? How do I get one assigned?

A Return of Merchandize Authorization (RMA) is required before sending equipment back to a VeEX facility


Customers may need to send VeEX test equipment back to a Service Center for different reasons: Warranty Service, Hardware Upgrades, Calibration Verification, Diagnostics, Repairs, Recalls, etc. Before shipping the product back to a VeEX facility, an RMA is required, in order to keep track the case. An RMA and case/ticket number may be assigned by one of our Customer Support representatives or requested Online.
