Why the MTX90, FX92, PX92 or MTX642/640 May Fail to Turn ON after Quickly Pressing the Power Button?

It is a safety feature to avoid accidental power ups and overheating during transit. Press and hold the power button for about four seconds to turn the test set ON or OFF.

As a safety feature, VeEX's V90-series and V600-series have a delayed power button, to prevent overheating and from being accidentally powered ON or OFF due to impact, shock, shake or vibration (e.g., while being transported or stored in its carrying bag).

Press and hold the power button for about four seconds, until you hear a beep and/or see the VeEX logo displayed on the screen.

If you failed to hold the power button long enough or have made repetitive quick attempts, please let the test set alone for 10 seconds, to reset, and then try again.
