VeEX is a proper noun and a registered trademark. Capitalize it as shown when referring specifically to the company (i.e. VeEX Inc.) or the brand and its products (i.e., VeEX or VeEX's). Avoid variations like "VeEx", "VeeX", "Veex", or "veex".

The absence of any product, mark, service name or logo from the following lists does not constitute a waiver of VeEX’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that product, name or logo.

Instead, their use is governed by standard legal trademark practices, specifically nominative fair use, which allows third parties to reference our brand and trademarks under specific conditions.

To legally and safely use VeEX’s trademarks, without infringing on our rights, request a written permission from VeEX Inc and ensure your usage aligns with the following core guidelines:

Permissible Uses (Nominative Fair Use)

You are generally allowed to use the VeEX’s name and trademarks to refer to the company or its products, provided you meet these conditions:

    • It is necessary: The product or service cannot be easily identified without mentioning the VeEX name or trademark.
    • Use only what is necessary: You use only the word mark, rather than stylized logos or brand-specific colors and design elements.
    • No implied endorsement: Your usage does not suggest that you are officially sponsored, authorized, or affiliated with VeEX.
    • Add the respective ® or ™ symbols to the commercial trademarks, the first time they are mentioned and disclose VeEX’s ownership of such marks within the document.

What to Avoid

Using the trademark improperly can easily cross the line into infringement. To avoid this:

    • Do not use logos: Avoid using the stylized VeEX logo designs or proprietary brand colors. The use of logos, custom fonts, or trade dress often goes beyond what’s “necessary” and can undermine a fair use argument.
    • Do not imply a partnership: Avoid using words like "official," "partner," or "authorized", if you don't have an official agreement in place with VeEX Inc.
    • Avoid overusing the mark: Do not use the trademark as a primary source identifier or feature it too prominently in page headers, titles, or domain names.
    • Do not adopt VeEX’s trademarks as part of your company name, product name, URL, domain, email, or social media handles.
