How to Send Test Sets Back to VeEX for Diagnostics, Repairs, Preventive Maintenance or Calibration Verification?

In North America, contact our Customer Care team and fill out an RMA form. For other regions, contact our local partners.

First, we recommend contacting our Customer Care team, to discuss any requirements, questions, issues, concerns, get cost estimates, or perhaps get some recommended solutions that may not require sending the instrument back.

In North America, if the test set needs to be returned to a service center, customers must request a Return of Merchandize Authorization (RMA) before sending the test set. Please fill this RMA form.

For other countries, please identify and contact our Local Partners to get further information and coordinate.
