How To Register New Test Sets?

By registering their products, users will receive software update notifications and other relevant information related to their products. They will also be able to track requested RMAs

  2. At the top of the page, click Support.

  3. On the left panel, click Product Registration. Enter the serial number and MyVeEX account information, then click Submit. If you do not have a MyVeEX account, click on the Register link at the top right of the page.

By registering to MyVeEX service, users can select the type of information they want to receive from VeEX, as well as access extra materials and contents.


RMA - Return or Merchandize Authorization. Often refers to sending products for repairs, service/maintenance, or under-warranty work.
