How to Check the Warranty Status of VeEX Instruments?
Go to www.veexinc.com, visit the >Support >Warranty page and enter the serial number of the instrument or test module to get its current warranty status.
VeEX’s standard warranty periods have changed over time and may vary by product type and/or specific customer purchasing agreements. Certain products may also qualify for extended warranty options. Determining the current warranty coverage status for a test set or test module is fast and straightforward.

Visit our Warranty page, enter the full serial number found on the back of your test set or test module (either upper or lower case), and click on the SUBMIT button.

The system will return: (Original) Shipment Date, (Warranty) Expiration Date, and Warranty (Status).
If no information is found, use the following link to contact our Customer Care team and select "Customer Service/Tech Support" for further assistance.
