How to Receive Notifications about VeEX's New Software/Firmware Releases?
To opt-in to receive Software Release (software updates) notifications via email, go to www.veexinc.com, select MyVeEX, log in, select “My VeEX Preference", and “My Information” to change the email preferences or unsubscribe
VeEX customers and users must opt-in in order to receive notifications. You can select the specific products you own/use and products of interest, to get Software Release notifications and stay up to date with new functionalities and improvements, as well as other important product related notification and news.
Go to www.veexinc.com, select MyVeEX (on the top right corner of the page), log in using your User ID and Password, and select My Information in the My VeEX Preferences menu. This web page also allows you to change your email communication preferences.
If you don't have a MyVeEX account, we encourage you create one and to register all your VeEX test equipment, for warranty purposes and to keep you up to date with new features, functions and software/firmware updates/upgrades.
If you are not interested in creating a new account, we encourage you to regularly visit www.veexinc.com, check the Resources section on the Product Pages of interest and read the Software Release Notices. However, you will not receive any notifications from us, unless you have an open case with our Customer Support or Service (RMA) teams, in which case, you will only receive communications pertinent to that open ticket.
